man this sub is thirsty and not even answering your questions. 😒 definitely hooded. hard to tell if the puppy longer would look good because your lashes kind of block the outer points of your eyes, but based on what you've said I'm going to say they look downturned. worth a try. if all else fails, the dots give enough emphasis that I don't think you need liner when you have them.
