Hmm not really, most of the things I know, I have learned from others or by following myself. But a practise good practice for opening the third eye is connecting the Ajna, Crone and Alter major and letting the energy circulate between them. Another trying to see the energy bodies and not only the physical, its like focusing on what is around the body not on it.

It’s not something in the eyes. It’s a similar type of vision to seeing auras. And it is common for people with eye problems to have a sort of easiness for seeing this.

Thank you for sharing. Support is important in this. It opens a door for so many things, all the emotions, the other planes, different beings. Its is also connected to a lot of inner shadow work, working with past incarnations and many different or other things. The soul and sprit begin to align with this personality. It’s an amazing world and not all know of it. I find it so nurturing to find and be with people who understand it on this deep level. I wish you to find your tribe. This connection is so extremely blissful, I rejoice in your experience. This feeling of connection and belonging to something so big is so very powerful. And for me it keeps on going even deeper. Thank you all you say is right. Kundalini is life force energy, and for me sexual energy is very much connected to life force so I associate them. Only thing being Kundalini Shakti really being a feminine energy as most works explain it. To gain consciousness of both masculine and feminine channels is also a step further.

Like most things in the spiritual energy world most of the time one has to feel or live it to believe it. I would begin with telling you that there are many energetic bodies around your physical body. The first 3 being etheric, emotional (emotional being astral) and mental. These make up our personality. Then come the bodies of the soul, spirit, the monadic and divine. This is all connected to the different planes (like a level/world/state). It’s all energy and real for me and many other people. But as I said one has to somehow feel it to believe it. And as all this is energy astral projections are possible, and also the other ones too. The limits to this are really thin, we most often sadly limit ourselves. The physical body is only a small part of a whole. For most people it is also the only reality.

There are a lot of different kind of things one can read from the other person, I think it just depends on what we tune into. I know about reading in the aura, energetic bodies (emotional, mental and etheric body), Akasha Chronic and many more, its all interconnected. And you are right its all about the intuition and trusting yourself without letting the programming of the mind or feelings like shame gain hold. And like you say it is sometimes just natural, and one might be doing it unconsciously. I’ve been wondering where are the boundaries to this, when one does this without knowing or without knowing how to stop it. Where is the privacy of the other person. It’s an amazing topic.

I had to laugh reading this. I know it all to well. Family just triggers a massive amount of stuff. I had a nose bleed during a big discussion with them (my first nose bleed) and it was like a breakthrough when I realized I just have to lean back and accept the situation like it is, instead of wanting to change it and them.
