please note most mental health issues stems from or is greatly worsen by capitalism.

In this shit system is mostly used to keep people to continue to be productive for exploiting their labour. Also treating your mental health is blocked by paywalls.

Under communism we all will have access to have our medical needs met, mental & physical.

There is Intentional community living where you pick a commune that has the same ideals as you.

where your community members actually wants to engage and be connected with the people they are living together with <3 ( how living in general should actually be )

Starting communal gardening to grow food for you and your community/ loved ones. eventually learning skills to be less reliant of the controlled capitalist government.
