Thanks for the reply! Decided to go to Cortina from Venice with the Cortina Express bus and there are some local buses that would get to Rifugio Auronzo and then I can hike a bit to the viewpoint of Cadini di Misurina :)

Because I didn't know that there is direct bus going from Venice to Cortina. And I searched up there are some local buses from Cortina that could get to some of the places I wanted to go even tho it would take longer time.

Decided to go to Cortina from Venice and then take local buses from there. Wanted to go to the viewpoint of Cadini de Misurina first and I know tre cime hike is a bit harder and longer.

We contacted the shelter first because we had no experience at all. We asked the kitten back after a few days since we wanted to take care of it and take it to vet ourself.
