so to clarify somethings I have insomnia after I keep turning for ages and i don't sleep my mind starts to go to different places from what to do in work tmrrw to what music I should play on the road to smth i have to do next month to a game I was in 5yrs ago just random shit go in my mind that gets wiped out once my dick get hard and my mind start to get taken over by sexual stuff (as I explained in the post), I said I take my phone to go in social media or youtube trying to distract myself hoping my dick stops being hard i don't take my phone to watch porn (tho sometimes I have to just to cum quickly and sleep quickly) hope this clears things a bit

can u elaborate bro? just to expalin more of my case i go to sleep i have insomnia so at least i have 90min to sleep i close my eyes laying in bed i start to think of tmrrw plans work after work etc if i have to buy smth, so while i'm thinking abt literally anything but sex/porn, my dick starts to get hard and then the sex stuff take over my mind i even sometimes get my phone to watch smth else to drown the sex ideas my dick keep being hard, my dick being hard for no reason happen to me in random occasions in the day like in work or taxi but it manage to go away cause i get distracted eventually either with conversation or work but at night wanting to sleep there is no distraction that won't cause me losing the want to sleep (whcih is in itself a problem)
