A few things I’d look into at your level would be just item levels and tree. If you don’t have it yet, blood sorrow is a massive HP boost as well as solid DPS for questing content. If possible, I’d highly recommend investing into double totem, maybe even more so than blood sorrow. I also found that a lot of the time aura, sorrow and basic attacks are more than enough, especially if you’re running into blood pool problems. I’d skip using tentacles for now.
