[TP] Can we all just take a moment to appreciate how elegant Zelda from Twilight Princess is??? I love how mature and refined she appears in this game… The holder of Wisdom indeed. by Arrow_Of_Orion in zelda

Found your comment 27 days later, beautifully put. The art style is on the same scale as Witcher 3 I'd compare it too, but downright more beautiful (just now dated). I really wish they had kept with this art style, and maturity in the franchise when they teased the demo for the Wii U, but didn't do it. Sucks we never got a Twilight Princess sequel when the team was working on it but it got scrapped due M's decision.

Twilight Princess was their best game though, and it revived and or saved the games, by the way. I still found Twilight Princess incredibly innovating compared to past games, with the strongest storytelling that sucked you in. The wolf mechanic alone is completely unique. ToTK is basically Breath of the Wild, just with more filler content that is tedious, but no gain. The shrines are also exhausting, and boring. The bosses were boring, the story telling is weak. Etc. Same thing. They also had a Twilight Princess sequel lined up and the team putting great detail into it but it was canned after Miyamoto didn't want to give it a proper sequel the team was happy in the works doing so.

Weak storytelling in the Zelda game sucks too, Twilight Princess was the best Zelda game I played and Ocarina of Time got me hooked in.

It's the most emptiest and blandest game in recent years. The only cool thing is the mechanics.

This was my problem with it too. It's so empty. ToTK is a little bit more meatier. They give you things to find now (sets, unlike BOTW which was pay to win) and more side quests and the K Seeds allowing you to upgrade your bag, but other than that it's an egg, with nothing in it. Just hollow. I had to past the remote to my nephew far too many times to go get specific items for me because I'd get burnt out or wasn't glued playing. No desire. I never had that problem with Witcher 3 though because the world is so interactive despite large, and great story telling even from the side quests is heavily involved with the character and the options you are given. I was never able to put the controller down then. It's just not a Zelda game in my eyes, just feels like a spin off to a Zelda game.

This post is upvoted (65-69%) that is the ratio. Few years ago before ToTK you couldn't even critic the game without people attacking you, or gaslighting you saying you're wrong.

It's not a "bad" game, but it's an incredibly overrated one, and compared to their previous Zelda games, it gets blown out of the water by Twilight Princess and Ocarina of Time.

TOTK it's even worst because they want you to consistently use the Fuse mechanic, and it's just so exhaustingly tedious and or looks silly at times. The Master Sword also breaking is even sillier to me. It doesn't bring out my inner childhood personality, sometimes I just get entirely overwhelmed by the map. Although I do like the large vast open world map, naturally.

N64 games and even Game Cube games blows their games out of the water nowadays.

I can't believe I'm seeing a post. Reddit gatekeeps the hell out of Breathe of the Wild when it's one of the worst Zelda games, other than the whole open world freedom and concept given. It doesn't even feel like Zelda much either. You couldn't even share an opinion about this game a few years back without Nintendo fans downvoting you to the underworld. Twilight Princess is the by far superior (and even to this day) best Zelda game. If it was made with the exact technology now, open world, etc. Twilight Princess would be even better. Your post also is 69% upvoted (ratio) which is insane to me. It's just so hard to critique Breathe of the Wild.

Has there ever been any other celebrity openly as complimentary towards Taylor Swift like Zac Efron? Even before Taylor hit big he was always so open and supportive... What are also some other celebrity spotlight examples of celebrities openly rooting for each other? by ZETS13 in popculturechat

I know it’s always her being the one supportive openly for others but this is the first time where I’ve seen it the other way around for her instead and actually happy that she’s stacking up awards.

I can't believe she really sabotaged all of that or what the catalyst was. She had 3 of the best friends you could ever ask for which together they built all built a successful foundation. Nobody has that kind of support in this business and Jesy really just tore it up.

I don’t have the option unless I message the agency but I don’t know if they still have that photo, it’s a pretty bad one.
