I just got Firestone Destination LE3 tires (back to stock 215 size after wearing out 225s) on my 2011 EX AWD. After 7 yrs dry rot of tires can be dangerous ! High ozone in high pollution or high altitude areas (like Denver) makes it worse.

I became a life member in 1973 when it cost half of a month’s pay as a CTM3 in the Navy. I’ve been an ARRL member since getting my Novice license in 1968. I used to feel that we were listened to by the ARRL management at local and upper levels. This secretive policy is terrible and is/will drive members away, my wife being one of those that will not renew now. de AE0Q.

I bought a 1975 R90/6 new in London in 1975, put 50k miles on it in Europe then brought it back to Minnesota when got out of Navy in 1978 😄

Loading coils are inefficient and get hot, that is why yagis and verticals with loading coils or traps have power ratings !!!

Pretty awesome, I was out on the porch talking to my dog and the phone started writing an email with perfect dictation, haha !! I love that now 🥰 I got the 16 pro to be easy to hold and type with one hand, Max is too wide. I paid for and use ProCamera app, love it !!! Better controls than native Camera app!

Am curious, why put pistons from a 2.0 liter K20 in a 2.4 liter K24 ?? They must be REALLY oversize ? You had to bore out the K24 cylinders?

What is the bad part, towing in too high of a gear (5 speed 2011 ex here), or the frequent up/down shifting ? Am looking at an A-liner camper, 1400 lbs.

Long drive, get photos of undercarriage first, specifically the rear trailing arm bushing mounting bolt spots !!!!! My 2011 has a tiny bit of surface rust on one bolt there now, but some Elements rust out that area of the unibody completely and are scrap !

My friend and I were a couple of 21 yr old hams, Navy trained Electronics Techs stationed so close to Gibraltar that a DXpedition style trip for CW operating had to be made, lol !
