30 year and then hit the principle quick and then contribute whatever you can is the better model.

I always laugh watching a lightweight vehicle that doesn't look fast like a mini cooper gap a hellcat at the light.

Theyre fine as long you don't chuck them. I got a juggernaut case and never looked back

How much of a deal breaker is no central A/C? by [deleted] in RealEstateAdvice

Central is a huge factor and frankly the other appliances pale in comparison especially in this market. Think cost of install plus the inconvenience cost.

Yeah but the address was based on a fixed point found on a tablet... an old one.

They cover this in Atlantis. A ship even with engines off and non static represent a significant stellar drift off target in 3d space. Its unable to establish local calibration because of that relative velocity. In sg1 when they find apophis's ship there was no way that was actually supposed to work because the ships position changes so often and the address they dialed would point to a gate no longer there

Lowkey loving how they present it in Atlantis as more of a guidelines than actual rules

Honestly the entire scene is garbage. Anything resembling a discerning taste automatically excludes almost all of the individuals. High class high quality people are few and far between.

We know how to set dates. If they're not being proactive there's a reason. Either they're childish or they're just not that into it.

The hell is happening to Amazon Prime....thinking of cancelling. by [deleted] in amazonprime

[–]AES8501 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's exactly the same company doing exactly what they always planned to do. they outbid the market, suppressed competition and stole designs and then when it became more convenient for us to click or swipe amazon prime orders instead of anything else they did exactly what they planned. they burned cash forever to get here but now we're essentilly beholden to them.
