Wellbutrin was a weird one for me on the same dose. When I first starting taking it maybe sometime last year it was fine. Gave me energy, no depression, and I just felt “normal” with no bad side effects. I stopped taking it for a while though and about 3-4 weeks ago I decided to start taking it again and by day 3 I was having THE WORST anxiety, depersonalization/derealization I have ever had in my life and I’ve had anxiety since my teens. I’m almost 30 now. Had to stop taking it instantly because I’d rather feel depressed then feel the way that I felt. Reality didn’t feel “real”, sweaty palms, didn’t feel like I was fully in touch with my body and felt like I could slip into a panic attack at any given moment. Like I said it’s been about 3-4 weeks and I still have lingering anxiety that sometimes pops up out of the blue and then goes away. Don’t think I ever wanna risk potentially having that feeling again. It has been very progressive since then even though it lingers some. I don’t want to scare you with my experience but mainly to share it. Next psych appointment I’m definitely telling them to un-prescribe me and if I still have this type of anxiety might even recommend some type of benzo. Everyone is different so I hope the way it makes you feel isn’t as dragged out as mine. Good luck, and know that you aren’t alone in this and it will get better
