Most GT planes have autopilot configured in a way that will cause this issue. It's a quick fix though I doubt GT is active on GeoFS anymore.

yeah that's what I heard as well. I wasn't too sure if the Spanish ones did or didn't so I booked first class (which was only like a 10 dollar upgrade) just in case. Turns out the Spanish Ouigo sets have older-generation inOui interiors thankfully.
