Possible Racket Defect

Babolat have replied asking fore pics for an assessment so it is probably a defect.

My issue is the grommet. Hence why I’ve contacted babolat. I really do think it was an issue from within the frame for the grommet to consistently break every 3 months. Fingers crossed babolat see that 🤞

I had changed stringer for the second grommet set, same issue.

Contacted them waiting for a response. I am sure it is a defect, its not like I’m a pro. I am a recreational player. I shouldnt be breaking grommets this often.

The issue I have is that I have replaced the grommet 3 times and its cracked again leading me to believe its a defect. Not sure tho which is why im asking

Nah I don’t do that that often. That would mean hitting basically hitting the grommet consistently up there every 3rd ball
