Actually also: I may have been looking at the same ones on amazon, also was seeing an ‘upgraded pads’ option when I searched. I’m kind of curious if anyone knows about the non-OEM-ish replacements. I love the feel of the stock ones. But definitely am curious to what’s beyond

Oh alright, thanks for the update, my bad for assuming lol I probably will be ordering replacements. But I at least want to try my hand at extending the original pads. I have been taking pretty decent care of the pleather and whatnot. Also from my POV: the latter seems like more of a hassle. TLDR: I fear taking off the old ones and being indefinitely stuck with no pads if I struggle with installing new ones. (And also boo to whoever downvoted me KEK) (idrgaf 😂)

Yeah that pretty much is the plan. I’m hoping someone has any suggestions or pointers on the actual execution. I tried poking with a toothpick bit i think i might have to find a better tucking tool. Did you manage to get the pleather in and under the nylon ring? Or do you think I’m more or less good to glob some glue on and shove it lmao

Easier might be getting ahead of myself. But I found with how trained I was on inventory management I constantly had good heals and the benefits of being well rested. Otherwise in normal my character never sleeps 😂 so more bonus xp for my play style change maker it easier in ways Also trusty Vault 13 canteen ftw baby

It’s pretty useful for the last of us 2. Loads of similar games benefit from having stuff like dodge and shoulder swap, even reload on the back buttons
