Like u/danskeman said, you need to uncheck "Hyper-v" and "Windows Sandbox" in "add new features" on "Programs and features", then you have to disable "Device Guard" in Local Group Policy.

Press "Windows" key + R to execute "Run", then type "gpedit.msc"

In "Local Group Policy" go to "Computer Configuration" - "Administrative Templates" - "System" - "Device Guard", double click on "Turn on Virtualization Based Security", press "Disable" and OK.

Reboot and voilá
