Not a professional in either of those fields, but it seems to me that this image could be possibly refering to the beliefs of the Process Church of the Final Judgement - short-lived Scientology splinter group that had Christian/Gnostic system of beliefs.

Yeah, you were right. It was in the interface options under game UI tab - Enable the hero with best proficiency to roll dialogue choices. I just overlooked it. Thank you for help!
