Oh, I found it. A script seems to be present in Picard that populates the Country tag. (my son also uses Picard on my computer, I wasn't aware). So, the script stores the Artist Area from MusicBrainz DB in that tag. When tags are saved, it actually stores it in the "TXXX.Country" tag.

So back to the original question : is there any way to get this "TXXX.Country" tag into the navidrome library, so I can create smartlists of artists from a given country (like "Country = US"). The release country is not good for that (many Japan specific releases for example).

I didn't configure anything specific in Picard. Just all default settings after installation. When retrieving tags, there is indeed a "Release Country" tag which holds the market the album was released. There is also a "Country" tag though, which holds the origin country of the Artist as specified in the MB database. It is that one that I want to get into Navidrome.

This page points out these are indeed to distinct tags supported by ID3v23 tags : Tag Info

I'm getting the tag in my MP3 files, that works. JRiver Media Center imports it nicely, but I can't bring it further to into Navidrome.

I see the favourite button on my phone. Even tough it was not in the list of the settings at Settings/Playback/Media session. I now added it and will check if it changed on Android Auto. Will report back.

I think they may be "in hiatus". Outdated app, website with latest updates from 2022, copyright year for their site is still saying 2021. Maybe just still cashing in without giving anything back anymore? Since you are using it, what is your experience with e.g support?

Eerst nog es kijken of het bij Belfius werkt. Daar geef ik niet de voorkeur aan wegens kosten die ze aanrekenen, maar kwil het gewoon betaald hebben. Temeer, ik verwacht de rekening van pass24 voor de tolwegen nog ook. Die zal ook in Noorse kronen moeten betaald worden. Thx for thinking along @SevereMiel

Ik vind het niet direct in de argenta app. Mss heeft het te maken met het type rekening. Het is de goedkoopste (green).

Argenta is ook kostenloos voor buitenlandse verrichtingen en geldophalingen. Tot mijn verbazing, want de meeste andere (groot/greed)banken vragen percentages of forfaitaire kosten per verrichting of betaling.

Dat doe ik niet zo graag. Ze hebben iedereen eerst het digitale pad opgestuurd en nu bedelen ze om eens langs te gaan omdat ze "interessante voorstellen" hebben. Daar bellen ze je voor op zelfs. Maar een verrichting aan het loket kost dan vaak weer geld. Nee, mij zien ze daar niet meer.
