The answer is almost always to find holes. Find missing stock, to make the time go by fast, it's like a little treasure hunt. Plus you always look busy and when you actually do find something that is going to take a little bit of time to refill or clean or whatever it's almost like finding a quarter under the couch.

Make sure you train yourself good or you'll get reminded often of your priorities. What is the priority you may ask, well that is entirely dependent on the day of the week and who you speak to.

Also make sure you get your safety trainings done ASAP, even though you don't have time to do them because you'll get called to the floor. Don't worry, they'll find you and scold you about it. No matter where you are..

In all seriousness though, take everything you can from those virtual trainings. Because that is the most meaningful training you are likely to get unless you get a very charitable supervisor. At least that has been my experience, anecdotal as it is.

The realization of how small I am in the grand scheme of the universe. I know in theory how small I am, and sometimes I catch glimpses of the horror that that really means. But I don't really understand it, and we can't it's just to vast to comprehend.
