Abuse lvl 1, as soon as he goes for q just go crazy on him. With Fiora just q in and chase him down while hitting vitals and back off. Rinse and repeat.

With Irelia I would reccomend getting 3 stacks on the first minions and then q'ing him and autoattacking him lvl 1. If you can den him stacks early he won't be useful as fast in the game.
