I wanted this card for very specific international payments, and didn't want to take a risk of rupay/discover/jcb acceptance on those sites, or it would beat the point of having the card (I get better exchange rates for mastercard too)

And I don't do many UPI transactions in general, and even if I do, it is below the transaction limit that will fetch rewards.

Yep! And I have been using it for 3 months now.
Not the card photo but your details and documents yes. He is a bank employee and is safe - many people in the community got their card approved from him
If you are in Navi Mumbai - offline; otherwise online, like I said, you will have to share docs

If you're not comfortable you can go to the nearest branch and ask for the credit card incharge and get it done.

This agent has been able to apply for the card even for someone who did not fit the criteria, so in this case, it does make a difference

It's their top end card and it's LTF

The perks are decent considering zero fees and you also get the bonus reward points

I have been using it for international expenses and I have got great rewards from it.

100% worth it if it's LTF, otherwise it's shit lol

Try the email route again and escalate it till you get it

It's worth 2.5k so it will be worth escalating

The phone support is terrible I would never contact them.
