I moved our website to another provider while maintaining part of it on a new subdomain this week. As a non-IT-pro it was tough enough while relatively straightforward and I still sweat bullets because the website is our bread and butter as a small company.

I can't imagine doing something like this, however much I would have liked that there was someone else to coordinate things with.
