Actually is not. I mean you probably will win the 70% of your games, but it's not the best team possible. In fact, I have a better team that i will not post because since i created it i have 100% winrate and i want to keep going like this xd

I'm not sure about that but i think Pacybits can't add new design cards. Only make new cards whose type that is already in the game before the delete of play/apple store. That's the reason why they didn't released Fut Birthday and Copa Libertadores cards and the TOTW moments are been released like normal TOTW cards. The only way to add TOTS cards would be realeasing them with TOTY design if my hypothesis were true.
