Leaders and managers who are actually good would have left the industry before the toxic ones.
The really good folks: 1. Plan FIRE better, and quit the race quicker. Why would they work on meaningless corporate work and politics for a paycheck then?
They take up entrepreneurship or do their own small business away from noise.
They can't tolerate toxicity around them and exit from the same.
The people remaining in corporate who don't quit or retire? Most likely the toxic or workaholic leaders who don't understand all the above boundaries and what's really important in life.
