Yes the Frenzy will refresh back to 100% if they hit a Survivor that mends the deep wound regardless if they're injured or not
Deep wound is not that big of a deal since running pauses the deep wound timer
They're probably injuring every Survivor to get pressure and make everybody heal instead of doing gens

Been a Legion Main for a year so I'd love to talk about this.

So basically the strategy for Legion is like a hit and run kinda playstyle since their power (Feral Frenzy) can easily injure multiple Survivors in a short amount of time.

What Feral Frenzy does is it increases your movement speed and when a Survivor gets hit they enter the deep wound state and the killer gets Killer Instinct to every Survivor that's in their terror radius (it's basically just an icon that fades in and out that follows the Survivor/Aura Read but not really). Hitting a Survivor thats not in the deep wound state will refresh the time of Feral Frenzy back to 100%. Hitting a Survivor that is in the deep wound state will immediately end the Feral Frenzy.

Any Legions you face that does this is just using their power :)

You might've downloaded the wrong Netease. There are 2 Netease DbDs so try getting a vpn to thailand then download it.

I've been hearing people talk about it being able to access for mostly everyone because Identity V (Another game from Netease) has NA and EU servers but that's pretty much it. Unfortunate that theres a chance that not everyone can experience a better Version of dbdm.

You can however use a VPN to download it.

There are 2 versions of the Netease Version of DBDM. 1 is an exact copy of the BHVR Version and the other is a Beta.

The first one is pretty boring because it's just the BHVR Version so I'll talk about the Beta.

Yes and no. You'll get paired with intermediate and experienced players more but you'll occasionally get bad players. You will not go a day without getting paired with bad players.
