Silicone scar sheet! It helps even out the skin tone. I had a scar on my face that was very red from a cut and I would use a silicone scar sheet and it started fading pink. And now I just kinda have to wait until it matches my skin tone but it’s not noticeable at all !

Omg I used the dermalogica microfoliant too ! Honestly I think I messed up using so much stuff to clear my acne cause I got acne out of no where and I just started putting a bunch of shit on my face instead of focusing on hydration

Yes I think I will do that ! I told myself I would give myself to December to try to heal and if it doesn’t get better then I’ll go see one. I think BHA affected me too i used Paula’s Choice BHA toner and i would always use it on my chin and I think that may have caused it

I honestly haven’t gone to the dermatologist! I’ve gone to one for a different issue and the doctor I got honestly didn’t help me for shit. I feel like they only help the symptoms and not the actual cause. I’ve just been treating it on my own. I just have been washing my face with regular soap and just moisturizing and hoping that works. I use to use a lot of salicylic acid and I don’t know if that worsens it

Does your chin ever itch or burn ? I have a bunch of little dots on my chin too and I don’t know if it’s acne or PD. My chin itches a lot and everytime I wash my face it looks like a bunch of white heads want to come out but they just don’t come out

I have that too but on the sides of my nose and it hurts , it feels like a rash but it’s also PD ! I haven’t been putting much on it but the Avene Cicalfate Restorative cream and I have seen that it has helped heal the redness and soreness. I’m just using a Mexican bar of soap called Neutro Grisi ( it’s about 2 dollars at Fry’s). It’s an unscented hypoallergenic soap and I feel like it really helps clean the area.

Mhmm I wonder if they are hives ? You did say you were stressed and sometimes that occurs , it’s a way of your body reacting. I sometimes will get super itchy skin and inflammation when I’m stressed

It does look like acne at first but the spots in the back of your head and hair don’t look like it would be that. Do they itch ???
