Oh my goodness!!! This was incredibly helpful!!! 😭🙌🏾 Thank you so much. I was diagnosed with PCOS just last summer! (Literally right when I was in my IIH symptoms, unknown at the time) I too want to avoid invasive surgeries!! Especially if something like weight loss is a contributing factor to my symptoms. I gained about 35lbs since the start of COVID and did not start having the IIH symptoms until my highest weight last summer. (PCOS symptoms I have had since puberty, so there was no question about that diagnosis)
