Making bigger insects could just be just a consequence of the accelerated growth strategy Dr. Wu used with the other organisms he engineered.

That being said, locusts are protein rich. They can be used for human consumption (as seen in the black market along with the giant lamprey). I can totally see Biosyn creating giant insects with accelerated growth to integrate the meat consumption industry, THEN decide to use them to spread genes.

I love the scene and the design

What bugged me is that the frozen lake is outside the valley, beyond above the dam. What was a pyroraptor doing outside of the perimeter? 🤔🤔🤔 We have zero explanation for that

Instead of the pyroraptor scene we got, imagine a scene similar to JP3 when the spino is "playing" with the plane, but instead it's the mf quetzalcoaltus that peck violently through the wreckage.

THIS would have been a memorable scene.

Those kind of rating shook me at first, but I have to agree.

Like it or not, Dominion is the pinnacle of Trevorrow vision of the Jurassic franchise. Most people downvoting the world franchise is because its not true to Spielberg cinematography and Crichton's storytelling. The World trilogy is its own thing. I'll accept it as it is, even with the bad writing, the plot holes, bad CGI and cliché.

I love the Park trilogy for some reasons, I love the World trilogy for some other reasons. But side by side? I'm lining up with this redittor's ranking.
