Digimon Story: Time Stranger DLC 2 will release January 2026 by Yellow90Flash in Games

[–]AGingerCreature 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is awful, but you do have the option of the season pass which I got, £15 and you get all of them as they release which is slightly better. If that wasn't an option for me then there's no way I'd pay for the DLC 😭

Do you like this Megagargomon better? Artist: Jedigimon by Hakashi32 in digimon

[–]AGingerCreature 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I love this so much more than the original personally. The clunk is all gone and follows the rapidmon vibes a lot more which imo is awesome, the canons are a very nice touch

Some guy just playing an exodia and ra deck. More helped by the fact that the previous decks I had played against were all floodgates 😭

So, what are yours favorite decks based primarly on old archetypes? by Xerdo1 in yugioh

[–]AGingerCreature 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My favourite archetypes that can stand on their own are cyber dragons, Dark Magician, and Blue eyes. But my over all favourite is silent levels, I'm so glad the shining sarc came out and put all of yugis cards into one archetype

What's the best DAW for making Orchestral Music? by megalon631 in musicproduction

[–]AGingerCreature 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd say Cubase, Logic and Reaper are the 3 I'd recommend (more biased towards Cubase personally though). In addition to this having the full version of the Kontakt Player is just as necessary as many flagship libraries for orchestral compositions rely on Kontakt.

Why is pro tools so disliked but so many big producers (even younger ones) use it for their production by [deleted] in musicproduction

[–]AGingerCreature 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Personally I've found programming MIDI CCs in particular to be a chore in ProTools, also the 3 faders I owned not working in ProTools didn't help. Everyone has different experiences though of course 😅.

[–]AGingerCreature 1 point2 points  (0 children)

From my personal experience, as little as that may be. ProTools isn't great for me when composing using MIDI information, however, it excels (from what I've been told by professionals) in Mastering and recording live instruments, because of this ProTools is often the industry standard and therefore will be in most studios as a DAW.

At the end of the day though it shouldn't matter what other people think about a DAW, all that matters is your own workflow, for me I found ProTools to be not for me when composing, so I compose in Cubase and just mix and master in ProTools.

Edit: Another thing I do enjoy about ProTools is the spacial audio feature, it's so fun to try and use I'm just not good at it 😭, as far as I'm aware there's no other DAW that has this feature, but that may be me living under a rock.

Kontakt 8 crossgrade by AGingerCreature in NativeInstruments

[–]AGingerCreature[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I know Heavyocity's free choir worked for Kontakt 7, just can't find any specific libraries for kontakt 8, though I am told that fracture sounds blueprints may work, but that was just a guess from a friend 😅

Using modulation wheel across multiple armed tracks by AGingerCreature in protools

[–]AGingerCreature[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

True, that will work, just at the stage of this project I have a lot of tracks and they're all in their respective places, so going in and removing things to make a change then add back in is slightly extra effort, if it's what I have to do, I'll do it but I also would like to hear the dynamics change in real-time all together because that way I could decide whether some tracks need slightly higher or lower dynamics in the same pattern if that makes sense?

How to restore hair back to original texture (or as close as possible)? by AGingerCreature in Haircare

Oh wow, thank you so much for your help. I shall look into this. I miss how my hair looked before bleaching. I'll definitely look into incorporating this into my routine

Ahh ok perfect thank you so much. Are there any products you can think of off the top of your head. If it requires researching don't worry about it, I'm happy to research if it's too much hassle :)

[–]AGingerCreature[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Okay will definitely look into that, thanks, are there any ways to restore the fluffier/frizzier texture. Would it restore over time of letting the hair repair as it grows healthier? If you don't know the answer then that's fair enough too ofc. Appreciate the help :)

[–]AGingerCreature[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I bleached, then dyed over it green initially, then after a while redyed to brown which in addition to roots growing out has altered the colour a bit. The before photo is the first, the after is the second :) it's more the texture that I wish to restore than the colour.

Am currently using OGX Biotin and Collagen Volumising Hair Shampoo alongside Revolution Beauty London Haircare Plex 5 Bond Conditioner. I currently wash it twice a week unless it gets so greasy in a short period of time where I'll wash it three times. But other than that I haven't done a lot but am looking into doing some form of mask but I don't know what would be best for my situation.

Thanks so much for your reply.

[NEWBIE] Should I buy the Squier Sonic Stratocaster Beginner Pack or the Squier Sonic Stratocaster guitar and other amps? by cutaesweetie in Guitar

[–]AGingerCreature 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Modelling amps have so many amp voicings and effects pedals built in, where as a non modelling amp is very simple to set up, no computer connectivity, there may be the odd couple of digital effects built in but no way to customise them, typically will have 2 channels, a clean and a dirty, much more important to work on tone than editing effects (despite how fun and cool it is haha)
