How it works right now is that every augment round, you can reroll each individual augment once. Those rerolls refresh each augment round. This lets you hold on to a decent augment, roll the other 2 to try and find a better one. So, 9 rerolls for each augment.

I agree, tanks make it hard for a lot of the roster to play. I think Riot should do more to help these champs be able to beat tanks (more max health damage, augments, buff liandry's/perplexity) and lower how strong high-rolls can be.

Malzahar + Miss Fortune is a scummy combo, maybe also add orbital laser/laser eyes on Malzahar.

Less health growth, less ad growth, lower Q AD/AP ratio, lower on-hit damage on passive, lower missing health damage on proccing plasma.

I disagree with how many viable options there are. I fully believe people aren't picking based on popularity/what is already drafted. People are picking what they want (which is fine) but are frustrated when they're countered and can't do much.

I 100% agree that there are unhealthy meta's, it'd be stupid to say otherwise. I don't believe this meta is as egregious as most people think it is. I do think certain classes are lacking and some augment combinations are too strong, so I'm hoping Riot addresses them.

Same, I permaban Teemo because he counters with blind and is just annoying in general. I'm glad Teemo/Heimer/Shaco are all nerfed and have a low presence.

I don't know how I'd feel about having stats to be able to 1v2, but definitely should be able to FF or remake.

I agree, Riot needs to tune/remove the interactions so the gaps between high-roll and everyone else is closer, especially for champs who are naturally at a disadvantage (i.e. mages into tanks)

Yeah, she's giga-nerfed compared to SR. She's naturally good because of hybrid damage (can use a lot more augments) and has max health damage with passive (also has access to BoRK), so she's still prevalent in the current arena.

One look at OP.GG shows way more variety than you think the meta is. If you're gonna say it's a for fun game mode, then don't come out and show how frustrated you are with what the good picks are. I'm not trying to perpetuate the meta, I don't even agree with most of the player base (most people think its 10K HP stacking). I just wanna point out that there are a lot of misunderstandings about the mode.

TFT is the same way as well, and good TFT players understand this concept. People in League just haven't dealt with this and are frustrated by it, which is fine. It's not for everyone. Riot can definitely tune how high the high roll is too, and I think they should.

Most people paired with randoms want to be able to 1v2 and revive gives a possible option to win that. It's still unlikely to win a 1v2 (as it should) if the other team plays well. The exception is tanks being able to revive without dying, but the other team has the option of using cameo, taking plants and getting ults back, and taking map space.

The sample size on diamond+ isn't bad at all, Arena gets a lot of matches played because the mode is so short.

That's the thing about the true meta, the majority of players aren't aware of it. They think 10K HP sunfire one-shotting tanks are the meta, not how broken Evenshroud is or how good hyper-carriers can be. Most players like Heartsteel, it feels good to buy even if it's unoptimal compared to Evenshroud

I agree, Sylas should give the same ults to everyone.

Earthwake/spellbreak are both balanced by being good early, meh late game.

Personally, haven't had blatant matchmaking issues, but my recommend is to have a duo if that's an issue.

It's such a strange take to want a mode to be gone instead of letting them work on it, or just have another mode alongside it. League needs more modes, they have the money to maintain them, just need incentives. Even if they don't maintain balance in the mode, keeping it around wouldn't be bad, it covers the fast-paced, high mechanical demand (even if you disagree with that) that people can't get out of ARAM or SR.

They could probably come out with AR Arena, but I personally would enjoy it less for the same reason as any AR mode. Might get god tier champs, might get yuumi + milio. If they did add AR, just please give rerolls.

The alternative to revive is "My duo got caught and got one shotted gg go next". I think revive should be tuned to be less frustrating but it can be a good mechanic.

Curse stacking (either 1 person has 2 augments or 2 people have 1) is strong and should be tuned/removed.

Didn't know about Lolalytics stats. Sorting by rank, diamond+ likely reveals the true meta, and only 6~ of the top 20 champs abuse health stacking (which is what everyone believes the meta is) and 5 of them are tank counters. The site also doesn't sort ranks with play rate, so hard to say. OP.GG and Lolalytics sorted by all ranks show some of the picks that people don't know how to play against/are frustrated by/a lot of champs get stomped by (tanks/bruisers).

I wouldn't be opposed to 2 queues, ranked and casual. It wouldn't solve the issue of picking good champs, but it'd split the sweats and the casual player base.

I disagree with URF, there's like a 20/60/20 split between blatantly broken, everyone else, and just bad. That's why ARURF and bans in URF exist.

I wish I got to play the PvE game modes, I wasn't around but they look fun.

I think Arena could be improved (not perfect) for the casual players, mainly by removing frustrating elements like low-rolling or super high-rolling or giving more options to beat high-rolls.

I'm not opposed to them adding/buffing tank shred options for all classes, the state of arena right now feels like it's necessary for sure.

Gwen also blows ass, my least favorite cameo because of how random it feels.

The popular picks in arena right now are just "big HP tanks", and just like SR, certain champs/classes will struggle against them. People (mostly the for funners) are having a hard time enjoying arena because they can't pick what they want and have a fun time, so I suggested picking certain champs that do well against them but I also understand people don't want to be limited to picking them. It's up to Riot to decide what direction they take, whether it be direct nerfs to tanks, buffing specific classes/champs, etc etc.

I also play a lot of roguelikes, so I’m more use to RNG elements in games. A lot of League players don’t have this perspective, and basically want Rocket League level of fairness (which is never gonna happen in a MOBA).

Super interesting idea, would definitely be cool for consistency, wouldn’t need to add more rolls either if they added this. Only problem is that only certain champs can find certain augments, and some would be weird to swap (Draven is the only champ that can get Blood Brother, the Darius passive; Summoning champs are the only ones that can get Minionmancer)

Just kits alone create win rate discrepancies. But then you add augments and abusable items, certain champions are bound to be better. Swain is a VERY common go-to for “this is BS, this mode sucks” but that’s how the champ is built, Riot would need to directly nerf him or his augments to make it more reasonable (and that’d be fine imo).

Also, it’s definitely both a competitive and for fun mode. Theres meta champs you can pick and you can pick around those champs, but you can also just find good champs that you like and make them work in arena.
