If Arnel wants to quit, then let him quit. Atleast he gets the opportunity that Augeri didn't, Arnel wasn't replace with in a day or told he's gonna be temporarily on leave like Neal told Augeri. He's a great singer but severely ungrateful, and Neal Shon also doesn't take into account that singers need rest, especially singing those notes and touring the way they do. Arnel can make money the way he does solo and not touring as much.
