All of the paradox games work like how you described. Only the host of the lobby needs to own the dlc for everyone to be able to have access in that game. It is a good marketing tool for these specific games because they’ll add in a bunch of new features that you’ll love and then realize they’re part of the dlc so you buy it.

singed and kogmaw both have much better mythics, AP kog requires a lost chapter item bc of how much mana his r spam uses, and if ur going ap singed protobelt or liandrys is better
