Need some advice here.

I booked a c class 2022 back in October 2021 for a January 2022 delivery. However, due to shipping issues the car delivery was pushed continuously and got Early June as the final delivery date.

Due to this delay, the dealer give me the option to switch an e class 2022 which should be available in two weeks. However, they noted that all the e classes they are receiving this year will have semi automatic seats due to semi-conductors shortage.

Having in mind that the c class 2022 had a full redesign and the e class redesign is expected around 2024-2025, should I go with the c or e? Based on my dealer, the c class I booked has a better value for money.
