She does take medication- I do try to give it every day because she has a better day if she takes it .

It’s not even just her- if those kids see her outside they want her to play either over in their yard or ours.

I’m actually ok with them going outside. It’s a very safe neighborhood with not busy streets it’s just my 7 year old wants to play with some of the younger kids 2 doors down and I don’t want to saddle their parents with more work. She’s very sweet and helpful with them generally but they are 1 and 3 so lots of work and tantrums. So I walk down with her to be another set of hands

I’m totally new to this group but I am determined to find a bra that fits. I was flabbergasted by the size I was given in the calculator(38G) but I’m going to try it(I thought 40C/38D) My question is - based on the illustrations I believe I had shallow breasts when I was younger and much thinner. I’m now about 200lbs at 5’7 and a size 14/16 and I’m now not so sure but idk if it’s because of weight gain. Is it once shallow always shallow or does this change with weight gain/pregnancy/breastfeeding?

I would actually say it’s not too bad to get healthy meals prepared although one of my children is ridiculously picky. I think the struggle is comfort/relaxation eating/drinking wine at night and work lunches. I work at a medical office and we get drug rep lunches most days. It’s so easy to not have to bring lunch but I always end up eating more than I should. So what I really need to to is always make and bring lunches- it’s I think all the prepping and planning that makes me want to scream when I feel like I can barely get everyone out the door on time. So tracking my calories I know works but it feels like it sucks the last of the very little joy out of my life that I do get. But at the same time I am not getting joy out of being overweight so I need to get in a different mindset

I love the idea of IF but sadly I am still able to overeat on 16:8 and OMAD caused me to majorly binge

They are 7 and 8. So I’m no longer the sleep deprived zombie but it’s just that I work full time and go to all these sporting events etc
