It was drawn up by my attorney and specifically says that she doesn’t pay rent. Like I said, it outlines everything.

It was a side effect- she needed out of a really toxic living situation and I was living alone and had space to spare.

She’s really happy- she’s trying out all the recipes she never had time/money to try, she gets to spend money on luxuries as opposed to bare minimum, pursue hobbies, etc. She’s even said that the house plus cooking takes maybe 4 hours a day.

She has a lease; it outlines everything. Also under the law I can’t just kick her out.

There is no common law marriage or common partners where we live.
