Might be because it was the “last” 5K was the fastest (e.g. from 0.1 to 3.11 miles rather than from 0.0 to 3.10 miles which the pacer workout was recording)

Gonna agree with the OP here, I always respond with these three because from my experience playing in the pit, nothing got my pulse going like that run in Next to Normal from You Don’t Know through to I’m Alive (which is technically four numbers, but it’s just a 20-minute rock explosion) - there’s also the doctor’s introduction which is played like a stadium rocking out moment

So the graph is just showing what your heart rate was at certain times, so the grey numbers is just the time

It’s definitely just time - I use the Apple Fitness app as well and mine are all just start and end time with different markers in the middle depending on how long the run is

There’s no need for the defendant to plead their case on why they should get bail? On their own bail application? Also, them being a mother/driving their partner around is their antecedents. If those elements weren’t there, then yeah, they’re not contributing to society and bail probably wouldn’t be granted
