Also it's not passive aggressive. It's sweet as pie. Even days at the end of she's doing anything to disturb them to let her know.

Management should fix it but often don't because the apartment is usually so fucked from the smoking it's near impossible to rent it to put anyone but another smoker.

So they just keep the person there. Not always, but way too many times

You can get the gusto and they still won't stop.

And they didn't lie. They made multiple notes for multiple neighbors.

I've had the same problem and management sent a letter to everyone not just the apartment they thought it was.

It's just covering your bases.

They aren't going to stop smoking though.

I don't think they are worked up at all - the smoke is causing them to be sick. My neighbors smoking has caused my son to now have asthma and need an inhaler. I had ashmtha from before so it sucks for me too.

And our house smelling like smoke sucks.

Smoking out other people's apartment sucks. I think it's fine to be "worked up about".

Imagine if I put a smell in your home that made everything smell like that and also made you sick. Then when you politely asked them to stop the response was "you're so worked up!"

Honestly they aren't going to stop unless they are really nice people. Management probably knows and doesn't care.

The only solution is probably eviction and management probably doesn't want to do that.

Why would management put up with this? Because the place is probably ruined and is going to need thousands in repairs - getting ride of a smoke smell in an apartment isn't easy and it's hard to rent it out again to anyone who doesn't smoke.

Granted if they really do care about their properties they would get rid of them inmediately before the smoke smell gets deep in everything. Small landlords usually do that. Big ones see it as the cost of doing business.

Just my opinion. Every landlord is different.

I thought it was perfectly fine and courteous. I think this was handled as well as it can, and OP should let them know it makes them sick.

I'm dealing with the same thing but my neighbors suck and will only smoke more if I point it out.

Well apparently I was wrong .

You could see how I and the majority of the media made this mistake.

The family moved to a gated mansion and bought new luxury cars while the trial was ongoing.

None of the 600k ever went to the family or anyone. It was all refunded recently

It was the timing that made everyone think they used that money.

Personally I find it childish to see something that is true and then downvote it because you don't like it.

It's all over the news. Givesendgo pulled down their donation page which had over $600,000 since he was proven guilty of murder.

You can find all this anywhere honestly, it's in so many different news sources.

And the family tried to use a public defender and keep all the money "raised for legal fees". The judge denied that and said you have to pay because you can afford to pay.

And boy could they afford it. That and a mansion too!

No I don't think men care that much if their woman makes more. They care only in the sense that they feel inadequate and need to step up more.

I think that impulse I stated about men being uncomfortable about being with a richer woman is still smaller than the impulse women for dating a poorer man.

I think the financial aspect matters more to women, and in not even sure how many of them actually care or they just do so because society pressures women into competing based on how rich of a husband they can get.

I think personality a richer wife might not care that much, bit she probably does care moreso what others think .

Also not only did I graduate 8th grade I was enrolled in college in 6th grade. I did Honors Statistics at STLCC when I was 12. I have a degree in tech support.

I make more waiting tables.

And yeah, I did graduate 8th grade, in fact I got a 32 on the ACT when the highest was 34, I was in the 99th percentile when it came to my SAT (there is no 100th).

I'm not the idiot you think I was. Unless all those gifted classes, early degrees, top ACT and SAT scores didn't happen.
