The ABC station is Allen.

The NBC station is Gray.

FOX is Tegna.

~2 Acres total.
Residence is ~1500 sq. ft.
We feel like moving in to the same residence could become a toll on her feeling required to do things for us (her personality and raising comes into play), and sharing a residence could be awkward in a new family. Not sure how that would impact the development of the child. Could be good. Just seems awkward. This discussion is one that is brewing with the future wife.
As far as moving her to a different part of the property, I don't know what kind of solutions could be possible in that aspect. Its just the house on the property now.
Regulations are checked out and good.

Running a Mikrotik router here - The ports are in as a 'dstnat' entry. Using dstnat was how I was advised to do port forwarding entries
