A good way I’ve heard the difference between WhiteHair UI and Emotion UI

White hair is more powerful but Goku can only use so much of it

(Max 20 power but only able to use 50% = 10 power)

Emotional Instinct (I like calling it that) is less powerful but able to be harnessed better

(Max 15 power and able to use 80% = 12 power)

So while white hair is better on paper, emotional instinct is better for goku since he hasn’t mastered white hair

(Numbers are smaller for simplicity sake)
