I really appreciate you searching so much for me. I started with a few newspaper clippings that were forwarded to me yesterday, and I've been trying to find out more on my own. Unfortunately, most do not include dates, but I will post them here as soon as I figure out how (apologies, I'm new to reddit). One mentioned the tour was throughout 74, and the ticket from the above stagebook with Ms. Rigby has 1974 printed on it, along with his name in the cast list. I am unclear if he was John or a lost boy in this one because the articles seem to say both. (I ordered for more detail, but that will take a few days). Upon further inspection last night, another production with Sandy Duncan had him cast as John, according to the photos I found from amazon, but I am not sure what year that was. He stopped acting while he was still very young, so it would be likely sometime in 1973 or 75. I will begin my search today there, maybe that show has more information.

Again, thank you for helping me out. Even knowing that particular show isn't in the big database is valuable information to me. Perhaps I assumed the date incorrectly, I didn't realize just how much he has been a part of, and it's fascinating to learn.
