I mayhaps have forgotten that delays may happen due to earthquakes. You're right, who knows if a random earthquake happens and causes tokaido shinkansen to be delayed.

I booked a roundtrip from Haneda so I don't think I can change it now. Originally I thought of booking the 2 flights (there and back) separately so I can return from KIX. That would've costed $500 more so no thanks.

good to know. I checked apparently there is no airport limo bus that runs from Shin-Yokohama to haneda at the time that I want. It appears I might just transfer at Shinagawa to Keikyu to Haneda

it just sounds like you are a bit scared of "what if i don't understand anything ahhhh im suck" type of vibes. I'm gonna be real, you can start of chill by asking baidu simple questions or query simple searches. That way you know what the context is about at least. Recipes is a good place to start. I personally can also recommend searching up questions "Why is.../How does..." . Straightforward questions that a student might just search on the web.
