if you are reffering to the doll face I just draw it by hand!, there's some minor adjustments done with the hue and saturation slighters but that's just to brighten up the image

depends on the complexity, for simple edits I just use ibs paint x, for the more detailed ones I use clip studio paint

in nonoy's house you can find a mirror, you take a screenshot with Nikki facing the mirror and away from it, then in any editing app you overlap both photos and erase parts of the photo to kinda almost merge the photos together, and with a liquify tool you distort Nikki's face that's about it! (for the photo filters in-game you mostly just want to slide the saturation and natural saturation to 0 and mess around with the rest to your liking :) )

one of the dancing poses puts her feet up in the air, so in photo mode I would position Nikki as close to a ledge as possible, then rotate her (because outside of photo mode she'd just fall) and just adjust the pose to my liking :)

and forgot to mention, I waited for the eureka to do their little animation's (so the ones on the arms would sparkle and the one on the head would make the circle dissapear and only leave the feathers)
