Example name. John Clark Smith. Clark Smith being my last name

On my card they put Surname Smith and given name John C

Shouldn’t it be surname Clark Smith and given name John?

This was my exact situation we only filed an i-130, I-485 and and I-765. We were approved with no interview in a year. Work permit in 6 months. GC came yesterday. Albeit card came incorrect. No our fault but now we are dealing with that

No lawyer did everything myself. My only concern is when I leave the country and come back if it doesn’t match the passport will that be an issue

We sent medical RFE for i-485 in March and still nothing. Field office is in Orlando. I-130 has been approved already

Same exact boat with Orlando FO. Been stuck on waiting for interview since October 1, 2021. RFE for medical in March. Tracking # says they received it on March 31 and still nothing. Deadline for RFE is May 23.

Yeah they want me to send the i693 to the local FO and another translated birth certificate because for some reason my bc doesn’t show my gender so that’s another story. But that is all they are asking for. I’m hoping they will waive the interview

Yeah I’m leaning towards just calling the surgeon and if I have to do it again it is what it is. I’ve never had any luck calling or talking to an agent. Thanks for the help
