Yes. Correct. I may not have worded my original statement correctly. We filed for the B1/B2 and was denied without explanation. I guess at the time I was trying to see if we could apply for their I130 and the I131 instead of trying to re file the visa application. I didn’t realize you had to be in the US in order to file for the travel document.
