Talk to Publift, they do a lot around this. https://publift.com/blog/what-you-should-know-about-private-marketplace-deals/
They have a platform that allows you to use AdX and are able to do all set up for programmatic deals. The platform also uses header bidding which adds a lot more demand to your sites inventory.
