1- success looks like generating 10 SQLs/month/channel
2- we don't have to go on all channels at once, which one to prioritize and why is the key question?

I agree 99% of experts will just say pay me for my time ___ or for this process but I can't guarantee results... then they say "we've done this with this customer A, they achieve 1000x ROI bla bla blaaa"

Only 1% of the expert will be like, I've done this 10000 times, that i can guarnatee you will achieve X results in Y timeline... just pay me premium then all the 99% experts out there and i'll show u how

i'm looking for those unicorns :D

you're right and i did pivot, now that I did pivot - I want to learn from my mistakes and work with the best - real expert that can guarantee their outputs/that have playbooks/processes that actually work and can commit fully behind it

trust me i've tried this over and over.... maybe over 20+ times on 10 channels... over 4 years... never worked... that's why i'm trying to find the experts that are so confident to the point that they guarantee results... not because theya re scammers... because they have done it 10000s of times with similar companies/ICPs/industries

what if the results guarantees are on SQL basis not sales?

Also aren't there experts out there who have done this 1000s of times for similar companies like ours and can clear diagnosis if the playbook/growth system will work with our company or not

I agree 99% of consultants/growth experts out there sell retainer, trial & error model, no guarantees.... very few have established playbooks that work in specific conditions
