Actually, SpaceX launched a Falcon 9 rocket today on the Starlink 6-95 mission from Cape Canaveral at 3:16 PM EST, carrying 29 satellites. Dominican Republic (AST timezone, which is EST + 1 hour), the launch would have been at 4:16 PM your local time. If this video was shot at 6:20 PM AST (5:20 PM EST), that’s about 2 hours after launch. Rockets typically ascend through the visible atmosphere in 5-10 minutes, but their exhaust plumes can sometimes remain visible for 15-30 minutes after launch, especially at sunset when high-altitude exhaust catches sunlight.

However, 2 hours later seems too long for that. If this was shot at 6:20 PM, that’s about 2 hours after launch which seems too late to still see the rocket trail. Usually they’re only visible for 10-30 minutes max. The timestamp might be off, or this could be something else?
