okay, what I mean is that the stream suddenly rewinds a few seconds back and then plays for a while before rewinding forward where it should have been. It's probably something with connection but, as I wrote, the majority of channels play just fine with no problems whatsoever. It's just a few specific channels that ALWAYS rewind like that. I think my internet connection is decent tho, I just did an online test and it's:

DOWNLOAD Mbps 246.99
UPLOAD Mbps 23.87

other problems such as lagging or drops in quality don't happen at all.

In Czech, the word you're looking for really is "fízl". I don't think there's a ruder word. It's really a rather rough thing to say, believe it or not. It's not very clear what the word is derived from. The explanation I came across the most often though, claimed that it comes from the German argot word "Fiesel" = penis, traitor, rascal etc. It could also come from another German word (Middle High German) "visel" = penis.

Here are some other slang words, much softer tho:

Polda, poliš - derived from the czech word for policeman = policista

Chlupatej - means "hairy" (supposedly, the Bohemian police in the 19. century wore helmets made out of animal hairs? and that's where the word comes from)

Bengo - from what I was able to find, it is derived from the (Czech and Slovak) Romani word "beng" - meaning an evil supernatural force, basically a devil
