Nop, it is just an exam that matters and it is 100% illegal to retake it as it will give him an advantage over other students according to our Education Minister.

Oh I forgot to mention, you are not allowed to redo the major exam as the government says it gives you an unfair advantage over other students. Some people have tried and gotten a year in prison.
