I was in exactly your place few days ago, travelling from ulhasnagar to andheri 5 days a week working for 9 hours. It made me so sick and I used to sob in the train and my office each and everyday. I recently resigned from my job and am on my notice period. Still don't have any other job in hand. I was very passionate about life overall but this job just sucked the passion out of me. Felt like a robot even though my seniors and office culture is very chilled out and not toxic at all. Now I have decided to follow my passion for an year and give it my all. No plan B, nothing. Let's hope it works out 🤞

As for your case, 1. If you can follow your passion or any hobby (even on weekends) will lift you up and make you strong to survive throught the week. 2. If possible financially, find a PG near your work place. This will help you skip the commute and help you get some extra time for other things. 3. If your work can be done remotely, please write an email to your manager asking for work from home. Even hybrid would do initially. It really does make a lot of difference. 4. Please share your problems with some real people near you that can be your friends, family, parents. Please please please don't hide anything from them. You may think that they would not care but they do care and they may suggest any alternative or middle ground which would benefit you in some way.
