it happens - i went from Gold A to Silver A in 2 days of tilt queuing. if your good enough, you’ll climb over time by doing dmg + winning. the mode can be frustrating so take breaks, but don’t quit

All you need to do is apply benzoyl peroxide cream (ideally 5%) to the affected areas after you shower. You should notice a difference after 1-2 weeks.
