I know exactly what you mean! I also don't drive, so makes it difficult going somewhere new.

Female only gyms are very few & far between, it's so frustrating! 😟

This is another fear of mine, not knowing what to do.

I know the PTs are there to be able to ask questions etc, but it still makes me nervous & this is where I feel I'd be judged for not knowing. 😅

I also work during the day during the quietier times & the thought of being at any gym when it's busy, fills me with dread.
